we are operational as vehicle drop off/ pick up only . we do offer a shuttle service for customers who are unable to get a ride from a friend or family memebr. we do ask that customers inform our staff that they will need the shuttle service prior to scheduled appointment to allow our staff to fully sanitize our shuttle vehicle.
if a child seat is inside the vehicle our staff will remove it from the vehicle, once we are done it will be put back in the vehicle. as a safety concern for the child under no circumstances will our staff reinstall any child seat. parents are asked to reinstall the child seats to ensure they have been installed correctly.
our listed hours of operations are
mon- friday 12-6
sat-sun are by prescheduled appointment only.
however our staff try their best to accommodate to fit the busy schedules and life styles of our customers. our operational hours are based upon customers booked appointments, making our schedules very much unpredictable.
The time frame our staff provide is an estimated time frame and not an exact, each vehicle is different. our admin will contact the customer directly once they the vehicle is completed and the vehicle is ready to be picked up.
in order for our staff to give you a more accurate quote on pricing and time frame please be sure to give our staff a quick description on the vehicles condition, examples are if the vehicle has any pet hair, dirt, any staining etc. customers can come by our shop and have our staff take a quick look, or send us some photos if that is more convenient. this allows our staff to provide customers more accurate quotes and allows us to be more prepared.
with this pandemic hopefully coming to an end, after long consideration we have decided that we will continue to only operate as a vehicle drop off/ pick up only. this will allow us to keep our staff and community safe, even after this pandemic .
